Gino’s creativity in the kitchen is always at work, experimenting and creating new, delicious dishes for our guests.
In these dishes you’ll find the intensity of  flavor in our garden-grown vegetables, the sweetness of ripe fruit, the authenticity of local meats and cold-cuts purchased from the other members of  theCooperative.

 
The menu changes daily: according to the season and guest turnover to ensure consistently attractive and original dishes, without ever being boring.
Upon request, menus for celiacs and vegetarian are also available.
Half board is the ideal and most economical option to experience the exquisiteness of our kitchen: try it - you’ll be pleasantly surprised.

We are open every evening for dinner from 8.00 p.m. to 9.30 p.m.
In addition to our indoor dining room, in the summer, dinner is also served outside in the charming pergola.
For guests not staying in at our establishment, reservations must be made by 3.00 p.m.
In the spring, we are open for lunch.
The daily set-price menu  includes: a first and second course, 5 side dishes, fruit or dessert, water and wine, coffee and after-dinner drink.
